RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Cultivate sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team sales targets for exceptional service.
- Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution before installations are complete.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers proactively.
SKILLS
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Track record of exceeding quota.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

PAY: $3,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month
